We've got plenty of information about the type of thing we do, but sometimes you'd rather just see us in action. Here's the latest on what's been going on at RBH.
RBH Radar Receives Major Update!

The RBH Radar reporting platform, powered by Social Radar, now has even more new features and improvements to our ever-growing toolset for analysing social media.

"Our partner in the US (Social Radar) has been working tirelessly to obtain the most actionable and accurate social media sentiment and analytics," said Gray Dudek, Digital Director at RBH. "We believe their latest update will vastly improve companies' ability to listen and understand what is being said across the web for their brands or products. This in turn will allow us to advise clients on how their social media initiatives should be executed and/or evolved".

Some of new features included in the analytics are categorisation of content media types and conversation topic identification with contextual tone analysis. This update includes an entirely new artificial intelligence engine that can quickly identify sentimental pieces of content directed at a subject specified by the user with unprecedented accuracy.

"This is a very exciting time for marketers, product developers, and enterprise companies to truly understand their consumers and all the social content floating around on the Web. Millions of people are openly sharing their thoughts and opinions. To instantly and accurately measure and understand it all is absolutely critical - companies can save millions of pounds in research costs," Dudek added.

RBH Radar's report engine has been repeatedly benchmarked and tested against a variety of comparative sources. Various public opinion polls, aggregated review databases and even extensive manual scoring comparisons have all mirrored the automated system's results consistently, proving to be one of the most accurate sentiment engines on the market today.

"Combining these insights with the many exceptional features we already have available, leveraging the database of more than two billion conversations collected over nearly three years, gives our clients even more clarity across the social sphere," said Dudek.
